Fernando Fegyveres

Background

Fernando has built a career spanning more than 30 years at the center of Brazil's banking system, always at the intersection of credit, capital markets and business strategy. He is the kind of executive who has sat on both sides of the table: structuring complex transactions, leading teams and making the risk decisions that define a bank's results.

His defining chapter was Banco Voiter, which he led as CEO from the turnaround of the former Banco Indusval & Partners — a rebuild that spanned strategy, governance, culture, brand and management. Before that, he spent more than a decade at Itaú BBA, with earlier roles at Santander and Banco BBA Creditanstalt, building a track record across corporate & investment banking, debt restructuring, project finance and M&A.

An engineer from USP's Escola Politécnica with an MBA from Wharton, he is also an angel investor and board member, sitting on the boards of Guide, ABBC and LetsBank. At F2, he turns that experience into credit and capital solutions for companies navigating scenarios that demand real banking expertise.
