Adriano knows the legal engineering behind a structured transaction. He brings more than two decades in DCM, special situations and project finance, with over R$200 billion in structured transactions to his name.

He was a partner at Machado Meyer for 20 years, one of Brazil's largest law firms, with international stints at Milbank in New York and Linklaters. That experience across Brazil and global markets lets him structure complex deals with the legal certainty institutional investors demand.

He holds an LLM in Corporate Law from Stanford and a law degree from PUC-SP. At F2, he leads structuring, the discipline that turns a sound credit thesis into a transaction that closes.
