Romolo Ricci

Background

Romolo sees credit as data and discipline. Over more than 20 years in financial services, he has built a rare specialty: the intersection of strategy, finance and credit-portfolio management, always grounded in analytics and technology.

He spent 18 years at Itaú, leading portfolio strategy, Investment Banking planning and the Tecfim JV between Itaú BBA and Totvs. Among his results, he scaled a secondary asset-sale book from R$5 billion to R$30 billion and built portfolio-management frameworks that created meaningful value for the bank. Earlier, he worked at ABN AMRO Real and BankBoston.

A Business Administration graduate from PUC-SP, a CFA charterholder with executive education from IESE, at F2 he leads risk, credit and business intelligence — making sure every transaction has a thesis, a number and governance behind it.
